Walserweg: Stage 13

A typical Walser village, Davos Monstein is known for its beer, which is produced here in one of the highest lying breweries in Europe. The route features a tough climb up to Fanezfurgga, ideally not tackled on an empty stomach. Bearded vultures can be spotted at the mountain pass. This marks the start of the hike through the Dukantal valley, a route rich in contrast, and down to the beautifully situated Sertig Dörfli.
