Description

Hike through the impressive gorge on the road to Zerfreila. Before the road tunnel, follow the winter hiking trail on the right through the old Zerfreila tunnel.

After the hike, enjoy the fresh winter air in the Zervreila restaurant. Please enquire whether the Zervreila restaurant is open.

Winter hiking boots. Possibly poles and shoe spikes.

Directions

On the road to Zerfreila, partly on the old road, you hike through the wintry forest to Zerfreila.
You can either take the Zervreila shuttle back to the village or hire a sledge from the Zervreila restaurant. Sledge hire is only possible in good snow conditions. Sledging at your own risk. Please ride on the right and watch out for oncoming traffic.
