Description

This winter hiking route in the Corviglia ski area invites you to enjoy discovering the snowy fairytale landscape away from the pistes.

The starting point Chantarella above St. Moritz is easily accessible by funicular from St. Moritz village. First, you go up through a magical winter forest, past the TV tower, to Alp Laret. From there the forest thins and the view opens up more and more down onto the Engadin and towards the Bernina Pass. The path steadily ascends slightly, past beautiful viewing benches, into the Corviglia ski area to Marguns. In Marguns, the gondola can be taken back down to the valley to Celerina.
