Description

From Gadastatt via Moos to Bödemli. From there continue to Leis. From Leis via the road to Vals.

Geheimtipp

Stop off at the Ganni restaurant in Leis. Always a pleasure. Cosy atmosphere, cooked with local produce.

Sturdy, warm clothing, winter hiking boots, sun protection. Possibly poles or shoe spikes.

Directions

From the top station of the Gadastatt cable car via Maiensäss Moos through the forest down to Büdemli. From there via the Büünitobel to the uppermost houses (Büüni) of Leis. From Leis via the road to Vals.

Take the PostBus from Ilanz to Vals (Post bus stop).

To get to the starting point of the hike, you have the option of taking the free Vals cable car to Gadastatt. The journey takes about 8 minutes.
