Center Sursilvan d`agricultura

A farm with horned organic dairy cows stands at the exit of the village in the direction of the Lukmanier Pass. A footbridge leads through the monastery stable. Visitors can watch the cows in the barn. The visitors' barn is open around the clock.

The "Sennaria Surselva" cheese dairy is also open during the day.

School classes and groups can visit the farm and the cheese dairy, make their own cream cheese and get to know cows and cheese better by appointment.

Cultural and thematic events take place in the "Stiva Salaplauna" (stable cinema, lectures, courses). The events will be published on the website.

The Center sursilvan d'agricultura association promotes dialogue between mountain agriculture, nature-based tourism and local businesses. Other projects include the distillery Destillaria Candinas in Surrein, the Alp Glivers in Sumvitg and the Waldhaus Academia Vivian in Stagias.
