Description
With the re-establishment of Chocolat Grison, we have brought the centuries-old Graubünden chocolate tradition back to life. The roots of Chocolat Grison go back to 1893, when Charles Müller and Carl Georg Bernhard founded the Müller & Bernhard chocolate factory in Chur. The chocolate factory was renamed Chocolat Grison in 1904. For 100 years, chocolate was produced at the Fabrica da tschigulatta in Chur. In 1906, Chocolat Grison invented the hawnmate, the first chocolate with whole hazelnuts.
Today, we continue this tradition with the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Our organically grown fine cocoa comes from Finca La Amistad in Costa Rica and is produced under fair working conditions.
