Kristallen Ausstellung vom Museum Regiunal Surselva in Ilanz
The first town on the Rhine shines with a cultural gem where children also get their money's worth - the Museum Regiunal Surselva. Individual opening hours and guided tours can be arranged for groups.

Description

The Museum Regiunal Surselva takes visitors back to the pre-industrial world, which was economically determined by crafts, agriculture and housekeeping. On seven floors, the exhibition in the historic Casa Carniec shows how people in earlier times managed their existence and how they organized themselves in the family and village community. A selection of over a hundred films also illustrates the exhibition. The museum regularly organizes special exhibitions.

Children are welcome at the Museum Regiunal Surselva. They can explore the museum on their own on a puzzle tour. School classes and children's groups can choose from adventure workshops on old craft techniques such as bread baking, spinning and weaving. The topic of "Swabian children" is also covered.

Groups and school classes wishing to visit the Museum Regiunal Surselva outside opening hours should call 0041 81 925 41 81 (office).
