Roman manor in Sargans
Description
The Roman estate is located on the main road from Sargans to Trübbach. The most imposing part of the complex, the hypocausal chamber with underfloor heating, is protected from the weather in a glass house. The estate was built in the 2nd century AD and is only partially preserved today.
The facility can be viewed through the glass panes at any time, and guided tours are also offered for groups.
