The small detached chapel in the hamlet of Silgin immediately catches the eye: A colorful façade painting, which extends under the protruding protective roof, entices you to take a closer look. An unknown artist conjured up a veritable “heaven of saints” on the west wall in the 18th century.

The Sogn Carlo Borromeo chapel is popularly known as Sogn Carli. It stands in a small clearing in the forest of the same name above Morissen. It is thought to have been built in the second half of the 17th century. Key available.
