1. August in der Zollstube

On the Swiss National Day, the Zollstube invites you to an enjoyable day. The menu includes carefully selected specialties that bring tradition and local flavor to the plate. Whether it's a hearty Graubünden barley soup, capuns from the Val Lumnezia or Älplermaggaroni with homemade applesauce – every dish pays homage to Swiss cuisine. The menu is complemented by a barbecue special with cervelat or veal bratwurst from the veal, served with chicken bread or optionally with potato salad.

The day will be musically accompanied by Christa Jäger. With Styrian accordion and Schwyzerörgeli as well as singing and yodelling, she creates an atmospheric atmosphere between 12.00 and 14.30 and again from 18.30 to 20.30. A dessert such as the metre-by-metre cream slices or fine ice cream and sorbet varieties round off the experience.
