The days are getting shorter, the meadows are mowed and the cows are returning from the alpine pastures.
Time to pay attention to a special product of our region: milk.

An evening dedicated to this special food: from fresh milk to butter and cheese to the fine specialities that are made from it.

Janic Fasser, Managing Director of Chascharia Val Müstair, talks about the milk, its processing and its importance for Val Müstair. There will also be a small tasting.

Afterwards we serve a 4-course menu from Oliver's fine cuisine, consistently with local products and a great sense for the special features of our region.
