08.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. Interval start every half hour at the Molseralp restaurant

Arrival
- Bus from Flums or Sargans train station to Flumserberg, Tannenboden, walk to the start approx. 2 minutes.
- SeeJet gondola lift from Unterterzen train station to Tannenboden, walk to the start approx. 5 minutes.
- Parking is at the valley station of the BergJet gondola lift on Tannenboden, walk to the start approx. 2 minutes.

General information
You can eat in the Molseralp restaurant. Snacks are provided in the "Heidi & Peter" rest area hut, about halfway along the way. The number of participants is limited for organizational reasons. Any liability is rejected, insurance is the responsibility of the participants!
