Cheese has been produced in Switzerland for centuries - but who would have invented it? The Association of Swiss AOP-IGP was founded in 1999 to protect products with tradition and Swiss origin. The culinary heritage also includes twelve types of cheese. In four events, these will be presented in groups by the cheese sommelier Seraina Nörr and - bien sûr - tasted.
