Modern Klezmer from Styria. The fascinating tonal language of the Jewish wedding musicians always as a stylistic element in their hand luggage, the Moritz Weiss Klezmer Trio develops the music into a veritable firework of stylistic diversity between klezmer, jazz and world music. When the four musicians from Styria play, the sparks fly. With clarinet, guitar and double bass, they create sonic spaces that invite you to marvel, animate you to dance or touch the soul full of sensuality. Once rooted in the diverse world of klezmer, today the focus is primarily on his own compositions and playful interpretations. The new program "Wind" is dedicated to the trio's concert tours of recent years across the globe. Like the wind, the Moritz Weiss Klezmer Trio combines this wealth of impressions with their own stylistic approaches between klezmer, jazz and world music and lets an impressive overall view sound. Special guest Simon Reithofer on the gypsy guitar once again underlines the instrumental lyrics of the new program "Wind" with his soulful expression.
