Event Arosa Lenzerheide
G & G Geschichte und Geologie
Description
Around 90 years ago, a funicular railway and a ski jump transformed Lenzerheide, making Val Sporz a meeting place for ski enthusiasts and locals alike. This fascinating story kicks off our scenic hike towards Spoina. Along the way, we'll not only enjoy breathtaking views but also discover how the landscape was formed: How long has the lake been there? Why do the Rothorn, Weisshorn, and Schwarzhorn mountains shine in different colors? And what landslides shaped the region? Step by step, we'll alternate between history and geology. A hike for everyone who wants to enjoy the views and gain a deeper understanding of the mountains.
