«graubündenVIVA im Fokus» Zu Besuch beim Weingut Schifferli

How is Graubünden wine made with character and clear origin? At the networking event "graubündenVIVA in Focus", members and interested parties will gain exciting insights into the world of viticulture at the Schifferli winery.

Together, the participants will visit the winery in Malans and get a look behind the scenes of Graubünden wine production. The focus is on origin, craftsmanship and the special features of viticulture in the Bündner Herrschaft.

Astrid and Andrin Schifferli produce their wines with a lot of manual work and a close connection to nature. The steep vineyards of the historic Completerhalde characterize the wines full of character as well as the alpine climate and the calcareous soils of the region.

During a guided tour of the wine cellar, participants will discover wine production up close. Afterwards, participants can expect a tasting of selected wines and a regional aperitif in a cosy atmosphere. The event offers space for exchange, enjoyment and new contacts around Graubünden wine and regional cuisine.
