Höflibeiz, Chur

Right in the heart of Chur's old town, the inner courtyard of the Klibühni will be transformed into the Höflibeiz for five weeks – a temporary summer restaurant with a special concept.

Every evening, a different guest team takes over the kitchen and serves a three-course menu they have put together themselves. Whether club, company, restaurant or circle of friends - each team gives the Höflibeiz its own personal signature and ensures varied culinary experiences.
