Jahreskonzert Jodelclub Calanda

The Calanda yodelling club is the oldest yodelling club in Graubünden. It was founded in Chur in 1933 and has been one of the best yodelling formations in the canton for decades. This year's annual concert will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Comanderkirche (corner of Ringstrasse/Sennensteinstrasse). In addition to the local yodelling choir, the Bergüner Ländlerfründa and the best-known Hirschberg yodelling group from the canton of Appenzell-Innerrhoden will enrich the programme as guest formations. These six singers yodel in this very special way, as it is cultivated around the Säntis. Appenzell customs are known to be unmistakable, rustic and funny at the same time.
As every year, after the concert in the church right next door in the Comander Hall, a cozy second part of the evening will take place with food and drink, music, dancing and a rich raffle.
