Kidical Mass #6: Veloumzug für Kinder & Familien

The sixth Kidical Mass in Graubünden!


On Sunday, 6 September, we will once again drive a lap through Chur at a leisurely pace and as a registered event. Our message is clear: We demand a child- and bike-friendly Chur!

Every child can ride along, on training wheels, with the balance bike or in a trailer. The parade has been approved and will be accompanied by the police and volunteer stewards, who will ensure safety and the smooth running of the parade. Thus, the children can fully benefit from the free route and finally enjoy the whole road without danger.

1:30 p.m.: Gathering on the Quaderwiese & joint bike decorating
2:00 p.m.: Setting up for the bicycle parade
2:30 p.m.: Driving off together
3:30 p.m.: End of the parade on the Quaderwiese
Afterwards: Small program with syrup and cake for the children

What to bring: Something to drink and nibble on, cups, all your friends and clothing appropriate for the weather. If you're fully motivated, why not bring a cake for everyone 🍰

Note:
- Parents are responsible for their children
- Follow the instructions of the stewards and the police
- Staying together as a group
- If the traffic light changes to red during the passage, we still continue as a network at the Kidical Mass
- Form an emergency lane when blue lights are used
- Always leave 1-1.5m of space on the left side for stewards
- Do not drive in the opposite lane
- Photo and video recordings will be taken at the event, the use of which you agree to by attending the event
- We distribute balloons to decorate the bikes
