Course content
During this intensive week, participants are introduced to a proven mind body medicine concept that strengthens personal resources and supports a balanced lifestyle. An interdisciplinary team from health psychology, sports and nutritional science guides through theoretical input and varied exercises.

- Physical activity such as forest bathing and interval jogging
- Relaxation methods, mini breaks and creativity
- Breath awareness and specific breathing exercises
- Whole-food, immune-strengthening nutrition in theory and practice
- Naturopathic self-help strategies
- Individual coaching sessions for personal reflection
Format
The week combines group sessions and individual work, indoors and outdoors. The aim is to build sustainable routines that can be integrated into everyday life and enhance long-term wellbeing.
