Seminar – Inner Development Goals & Sustainable Self-Leadership

Content

This two-day workshop introduces the Inner Development Goals framework as a complement to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Participants gain a clear narrative and structured "map" for future-oriented leadership development.

Focus

- holistic, sustainable leadership beyond competition and pure performance pressure
- exploration of the five IDG dimensions: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating and Acting
- practical tools and exercises to strengthen self-leadership and inner attitude

Target group

The seminar addresses people who wish to shape leadership from an inner attitude in an effective, reflective and responsible way. It is led by Lutz Hempel, IDG and self-leadership expert and lecturer at the University of Basel.
