A young, disoriented woman is desperately looking for an escape and finds it in the local black metal scene when she falls in love with a thoroughly radical musician.

Luana, 23, works in a daycare center and lives with her mother. Trapped in a safe everyday life that she wants to escape. When her cousin Domi invites her to the rehearsal of his black metal band WLVS, she immediately feels drawn to music – and to Wiktor, the new singer from Poland. Despite her insecurity, she impulsively joins the band on tour and is now responsible for social media and merch. A relationship develops between her and Wiktor, and back in Switzerland she moves in with him. But his behavior remains unpredictable – sometimes tender, sometimes dismissive. While Luana becomes more and more entangled in his world and alienates herself from her old life, tensions grow in the band. The power struggle between Domi and Wiktor comes to a head, intensified by increasing online attention and the first accusations. When Luana loses her job, she loses her footing. More and more she asks herself: Who is Wiktor really?
