In the afternoon course, which was led by the experienced and dipl. Hand Occupational Therapist, Betti Riemer, you will learn how you can recognize and distinguish between snapping fingers, thumb saddle joint arthrosis, thumb side tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and pain in the forearm with appropriate tests.

In a guided workshop, you will learn the correct bandages for the corresponding symptoms as well as the targeted application of tapes and exercises. General tips and tricks for healthy handling in everyday life and work, a small giveaway with self-help utensils such as tape templates, crosstape, massage ring, foam rubber and an accompanying brochure in which you can look up all the information with photo documentation, are included along the way.

In addition to an informative lecture and a workshop part, the event also includes a cozy coffee and tea break with a small snack. The afternoon will be dynamic and active - with trying things out, putting them on yourself, small relaxation and loosening exercises for in between and with a lot of fun.
