Organic

Rebels n' Queen (RnQ) is a rock band from the Linth plain in the canton of St. Gallen in eastern Switzerland. The band was founded by Manu Jud and Siggi Arnold in February 2022.

At the bar counter on a cool February weekend in 2022, Siggi and Manu decided to form a new band, write and release their own songs and go on tour with the new material. It took some time to find a suitable rehearsal room. To bridge the time, we jammed wherever and whenever possible. In the end, a suitable location was found in Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen. In the summer of 2022, Nico Beretta and Fabienne Bodmer joined the band. By chance, they came across Lexi Karli in November 2022, who will pluck the strings on bass from now on. The band was complete. "Rebels n' Queen" were born.

The year 2023 was marked by songwriting and studio work. The band writes all their songs together. RnQ spent hundreds of hours together in the band room and in the studio. The first radio interview followed in the summer of 2023 on Radio 15, an internet radio station from Uster ZH. With the song "Plastic Chair", the first song went on air on Red Line Radio, a local radio station from Lausanne VD. In 2023, Rebels n' Queen wrote and released a total of 12 of their own songs, all of which were released as individual singles. Some of them made it into various local radio stations. A music video for the song "Hear The Fear" was released at the end of November 2023. The song "Home" was written in Fabienne's garden. After the neighbors applauded on the balconies, it was decided to go into the studio with this song. It was released in December 2023. "Home" was the first ballad of RnQ.

In 2024, RnQ was on tour. At the same time, another 6 songs were written and released. Another highlight was the TV interview on the local TV station "Bodensee TV". Further radio interviews in local radio stations also followed. After the 2024 tour, the band parted ways with bassist Lexi Karli. Anthony Corleone, who grew up in California/USA, has been the bassist  with RnQ since November 2024. On October 31, RnQ will release another music video, this time of the song "Run Away".

In February 2025, Siggi decides to leave the band. After an intensive search and various discussions, Luca is finally found as a new drummer in May 2025. Luca completely convinced the band with his style and his terrific drumming, a perfect match.

In 2025, live performances will continue to be performing. On June 27th, RnQ will release the song "Destiny", which is already the twentieth song the band writes. Of the 20 songs released so far, 14 have made it to various local radio stations.
