Since May 7, 2009, all connoisseurs and gourmets have had a good reason to avoid the Trin Tunnel. The old, former rectory of Trin shines in new splendor. The house has been renovated with great taste and attention to detail into a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere.

Casa Alva is divided into several inviting rooms with a feel-good atmosphere. It is bright and cheerfully furnished and invites you to linger, not only in the reading corner.

Reto and Saskia Gadola - Your Hosts

Raised on the coast and in the mountains, both chose the restaurant trade with complete conviction as a profession and later vocation, and continue to live this life with passion and heart and soul. They have long harbored the dream of owning their own business. Since summer 2019, they've been living this tradition at Casa Alva in Trin!

Saskia & Reto Gadola want to take their guests on a culinary journey inspired by their heritage, the coast, and the Graubünden mountains – regional, seasonal, and market-fresh. Guests choose the number of courses, and the two surprise and pamper them!
