Great importance is attached to regional cuisine here. The recipes have been passed down from father to son and reflect both tradition and innovation. Particular attention is paid to the use of local products.

A special highlight is the picturesque garden at the back of the complex. It was created in its oldest known form in the 18th century. In the following century, it was supplemented with native and exotic trees, including a sequoia.
In good weather, meals are also served outside in the garden or on the terrace in front of the palazzo.
