Fun fact: Capuns are a Graubünden speciality: spaetzle dough made from herbs and small pieces of Salsiz or Bündnerfleisch are wrapped in chard leaves as parcels and served with a sauce made from cream and bouillon.
By the way: The term Capuns comes from Romansh and means cabbage rolls.
