The OVIO restaurant is returning for the winter season 2025/2026! We have found a location in the Grand Arosa Pop-up Hotel (formerly Kulm Hotel) that offers us a space for authentic Japanese cuisine and true hospitality for another winter. With our concept in its third year, we present to you a "Best of" from the past years – while simultaneously reinventing ourselves.
Look forward to Japanese-inspired appetizers, our popular ramen soups made from original recipes, and selected meat cuts from the Japanese grill. The menu is complemented by international classics and small desserts featuring Swiss-Japanese fusion. The menu will be accompanied by Japanese-inspired cocktails served in the restaurant or hotel lobby.
The OVIO presents itself as a cozy tavern with Japanese accents, friendly service, and occasional themed evenings such as Ramen Night or Yakitori Festival.
The restaurant is primarily open in the evenings, with additional lunch service on weekends. In the mornings, you can expect a high-quality mountain breakfast in a chalet style – fresh, regional, and lovingly presented. The breakfast is accessible to both hotel guests and external guests.
Make your stay in Arosa something special – with a reservation at OVIO. We look forward to seeing you!
