3 1/2 room apartment on the ground floor of an apartment house above of the lake. Sunny and quiet location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. A few minutes from ski lift "Valbella", sports bus stop and the lake. An ideal starting point for skiing, cross country skiing and hiking.

Enter Valbella, turn right before the Spar in the direction of the lake. Continue on this road until you reach the Hotel Seehof. At Hotel Seehof, turn right into Voa Casoja. Drive to the end of the road. Then take the footpath straight ahead to the house.
