Chalet Sans Souci
Description
It was built in 1948 by the entrepreneur Arthur Frey (Kleider Frey), an Arosa guest and patron. With lots of wood and stone it has the typical mountain character. The large terrace, as well as the unique view and location, make the' Sans Souci' a jewel. The chalet has two apartments which can be rented separately or together. There is no direct parking at the chalet, but there are some parking spaces nearby or a garage (fee).
Prices
The published price in total includes the final cleaning of CHF 300, the laundry of CHF 20.00 per person and the tourist tax (summer CHF 7.80 and winter CHF 5.40 per person/night). There is a deposit of CHF 400/EUR 300 to be paid which is refunded if the object is in good condition (no damage caused) and in good state for cleaning (no rubbish anymore, etc.)

By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
In Arosa, at the entrance of the village, follow the Maranerstrasse uphill towards Prätschli. At the bus stop Seehalde turn left and then left again into Seehaldaweg.
By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi or a romantic horse-drawn sledge.
