Description

The charming chalet is situated in the mountain village of Lantsch/Lenz in a central and quiet location with uninterrupted views of the mountain scenery. A huge terrace invites you to sunbathe from early in the morning until late in the evening. The garden is a paradise for children with a playhouse, sandpit, mud kitchen, swing and trampoline. In summer, the cowbells can be heard and a stream babbles past the garden. The grocery shop, post office, café and restaurant are all within walking distance in the village. For sports and biathlon enthusiasts, the Roland Arena is 1.2 km away and Lenzerheide is 5 km away. There are golf courses in Lenzerheide 3.6 km away and Alvaneu Bad 12 km away.

Arrival is guaranteed from 4 pm. Depending on the occupancy, the move-in is possible earlier by arrangement. The arrival is possible by car from Chur via Lenzerheide (30-35 min) and via Tiefencastel (35-40min). Airports nearby: Zurich 114 km 1h 50min, Milano Bergamo 253 km 3h, Engadin Airport 52 km, 1h 05 min.
Public transport: Comfortable by train to Chur and by bus to the front of the house. Bus stop "Sudem Vischnanca" 85 m away.
