Conditions / Extras

The following services are included in the published total price:

CHF 170 for final cleaning
CHF 25 per person for laundry
CHF 6 per person per night resort fee

A deposit of CHF 300/EUR 300 is required. This will be returned to you if we find the apartment clean and undamaged.

Check-in from 3pm | Check-out until 9.30am

By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
After the junction at Coop Valsana, keep right and follow the road along the shore of Lake Sils through the 30 km/h zone. Drive past Surlej until you reach the next junction. Turn right again and follow the mountain road upwards. You will pass the Waldhotel and then keep left (signposted towards Belarosa/Hohenfels). Stay on this road until you see the "Utoring" sign on the right. Turn in there – the parking lot is located right there.

By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi.
