Comfortable apartment "Piz Fess" above the beautiful, quiet farming village of Waltensburg, near mountain meadows and forest. This apartment was renovated in 2023 and is located on the ground floor of a hotel building. The apartment has two bedrooms and a combined living and sleeping area and its own private, south-facing garden with a magnificent view of the Signina massif over Ilanz and Obersaxen on the opposite side of the Lower Rhine Valley. Waltensburg - "Vuorz" in Rhaeto-Romanic - is located on a sunny, south-facing plateau high above the valley of the Anterior Rhine. It is a small farming village (about 350 inhabitants) that has carefully guarded and preserved its original character. The church of Waltensburg is world-famous thanks to the frescoes of the "Waltensburg Master" from the 14th century. The church is regularly used for concerts.

The village is ideal for hiking enthusiasts and in winter, together with the neighbouring villages of Brigels and Andiast, it has a varied and popular in-house ski area (1,100-2,400 metres). By appointment, in winter it is possible to use the shuttle service from the Hotel Clarezia to the ski lift (3 minutes), subject to sufficient capacity. In spring, summer or autumn, the hotel takes its guests to hiking trips in the area (and back) with its own hotel bus.
