Description

Large vacation house. Quiet location with a wonderful view to the south. Suitable for large families and small groups. Comfortable, functional furnishings; plenty of room for various interests. It is possible to arrange booking directly with the owner. Shop (groceries) 50m above the post bus stop. Practice ski-lift and cross-country ski trail on the upper end of the village of Lantsch. Ski area and ice rink in Lenzerheide/Valbella (ca. 10km)

The house is located on the southern edge of the village of Lantsch/Lenz. Take the road towards Davos and after about 200m turn right and downhill. 5 minutes from the Unterdorf post bus station, practice ski-lift and shop. 10-15 minutes from the cross-country ski trail and ice rink. Good access with vehicles all year. Check in: 4:00 p.m. / Check out: 10:00 a.m.
