Quiet, sunny and excellent location between Lenzerheide and Valbella, close to the lake. The child-friendly house with a beautiful view is cosy and nicely furnished. Close to the cross-country ski slopes, skilifts, free sportbus, hiking trails and lake with a playground. About 15 minutes to the village center.

Coming from Chur, turn right into the first street "Voa Sporz" as soon as you entering Lenzerheide. After about 300 m you reach an intersection. Turn right and follow the street for about 1000 m. Turn left into Voa Aua Rara and drive until the road's end. The third Garage right is yours.
