Haus Lodola has a central, quiet location. Two minutes from the shopping center and sports bus, five minutes from the post office. In winter it is possible to ski right up to the house.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. For all cancellations a processing fee of CHF 30.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before arrival, the property will be sublet. If a replacement booking can be made, an amount of CHF 90.00 will be charged in addition to the contractual processing fee for administrative work.

Coming from Chur, turn right onto the first street (Voa Sporz) past the Lenzerheide sign. After about 500m (at the Zentrum Lai shopping center), turn left into the "Penasch sot"; after 200m turn left; after another 50m left again. Clois 7.
