Description
It has a large south-west facing balcony with a view of the ski area and glorious evening sun. The spacious living room has a dining table for four people, a seating area, a TV with radio and CD/DVD player, WiFi and a telephone. The kitchen is equipped with the usual comforts: stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, fondue and raclette dishes. Two beds and a wardrobe are in the bedroom, two fold-away beds in the living room. A cot is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, shower toilet and a washbasin.
The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage.
During the winter season (from December 19, 2026, until approximately Easter 2027), the swimming pool, wellness area, fitness studio, and ski shuttle at the adjacent hotel can be used free of charge during their respective opening hours. Current information and any changes can be found on the website of the adjacent hotel. During the summer season, the hotel is closed. The hotel is for adults only.
In summer you can reach the large, very well-kept hiking area directly from the house or with the free bus (2 stops in 10 minutes) and use all cable cars and tourist facilities with the "Arosa Card all inclusive". A few minutes away is the wonderful natural swimming pool on the Untersee, the "Badi".
- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.50 resort fee/day
- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)
- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival
- Pets are not allowed
- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)
- Security Deposit: The owner may request a security deposit of CHF 500.-. This is intended to cover any costs resulting from damage or additional cleaning expenses. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental property in proper condition. If the amount to be determined has not yet been calculated, the owner will retain the security deposit for the time being. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional costs, the guest agrees to transfer the balance to the owner within 10 days of receiving the invoice (bank charges are the responsibility of the tenant).
- Lost keys: If a key is lost, a fee of CHF 150.- will be charged for replacement and processing.

Note: the check-in & check-out is self-made - there is no employee on site at the apartment

Arriving by train: In winter, the Robinson hotel bus is available at the train station for Rothornblick guests. In summer, take the free Arosa bus in the direction of Hörnli to the center of Arosa, then follow the signs to "Robinsonclub", about 10 minutes. Or: take the shortcut over the stairs at the cantonal bank, then turn left in the direction of the Hotel Sunstar to the Tannenweg.
Arriving by car: On the main road in the direction of Innerarosa, turn left in the direction of the Robinson Club. Past the Robinson Club to Haus Rothornblick. To access the underground car park you need the apartment key for the car park column on the right. The reserved parking space number 44 is located on the 2nd basement floor.
Apartment key: You will find the key in the key safe in milk box no. 44 at the entrance to the house. You will receive the access code before arrival.
