- Included in the price: bed linen, towels, Resort fee, final cleaning fee

- Extra person: CHF 30.- for laundry set/stay and CHF 6.50 Resort Fee/day

- Babies: Set (cot + high chair) for CHF 50.- plus CHF 6.50 Resort Fee/day
- Pets are not allowed

- Mid-stay cleaning upon request

- Security Deposit: The owner may request a security deposit of CHF 500.-. This is intended to cover any costs resulting from damage or additional cleaning expenses. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental property in proper condition. If the amount to be determined has not yet been calculated, the owner will retain the security deposit for the time being. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional costs, the guest agrees to transfer the balance to the owner within 10 days of receiving the invoice (bank charges are the responsibility of the tenant).

- Lost keys: If a key is lost, a fee of CHF 150.- will be charged for replacement and processing.
