From the landlord you will receive free day tickets for the parking at the valley station of the mountain railway Motta Naluns in Scuol, winter season 6 tickets, summer season 2 tickets per week. Not included: cost for animal (Fr. 60.00 ea.) Important! The house is currently for sale. In case of a visit by an interested party, together with an employee of the estate agent Ginesta St. Moritz, the tenant must vacate and leave the house for approx. 90'. In such a case, it is desired that the house leaves a tidy, orderly impression. The tenant will be informed about such an visit in good time.
