Description

With the Madrisa cable car, it takes about ten minutes from Klosters village up to Saaseralp. Here the winter hiking trail starts. What immediately catches the eye is the "Sagenturm" with its 100-meter-long giant slide. The twelve-meter-high wooden building is the centre of Madrisa-Land, the first adventure park in the Alps. The well-developed path is easily walkable with sturdy winter footwear. Hikers first trudge to the Untersäss and from there – with a view of the Silvretta massif – towards Zügenhüttli. Passing over the Büelen and below the Züg, after about an hour the mountain station of the Zügenhüttli chairlift is reached. After a rest in the inn there, the same path leads back to the Madrisa mountain station and down to the valley to Klosters.

Hidden Gem

The cozy little inn "Zügenhüttli" invites you to linger.
