Description

Away from the winter hustle, the mountain village of Pany offers everything a winter sports enthusiast desires: a small ski lift, a network of winter hiking trails, snowshoe routes, sledding paths – and last but not least: a trail network with plenty of sunshine.

The entry to the trail is located a few meters next to the Riedwies parking lot. Except for the Grossried plain, gentle ascents alternate continuously with flat sections. These lead through sparse spruce forest, over meadows and past scattered individual farms. On the two sunny plateaus Gaschneida and Grossried, you can take additional loops to circle and then return again to the starting point Riedwies.

Cross-country skiers on their round are treated to a view of the middle and rear Prättigau.

Dogs that do not disturb or hinder other cross-country skiers, do not run on the track and do not leave unsightly markings (if they do, proper disposal is required) are allowed on the trail.
