From the village centre in Sta. Maria we follow the sign for Muglin Mall. After the mill we meet the Rombach. The trail winds along the stream down the valley. After about 1.5 km, the path branches off to the left and leads out of Valchava. Before the valley road we turn right over a bridge. To the left of the bridge there is a mineral water spring. Afterwards we walk to the cross-country skiing center. The path leads through the plain of Fuldera. After crossing the Rombach, we continue through a floodplain forest. After the underpass of the main road, it goes on a large plain along the river. Afterwards we cross the road in Tschierv Orasom and follow the Rombach again. Here you can end the tour with a refreshing drink on the sun terrace of the Hotel Al Rom.

Who still likes runs here right up to the old village part of Tschierv, crosses the village core and follows the small stream into the source area. Here, the feet can be cooled in fresh spring water.
