Description
From Kesch-Hütte, you first descend to Alp digl Chant. Here you can taste and buy wonderful products like yogurt, mountain cheese, and milk. After the slightly steep ascent to Fuorcla Pischa and another descent, you reach Es-cha-Hütte.

Safety Note
The Kesch-Trek is an alpine mountain hike. The possible dangers in the high mountains must be properly assessed. The hiking stages require good fitness.
In October and from late April to the end of May, the Swiss Army conducts shooting exercises around S-chanf. Therefore, the area between S-chanf and the mountain guesthouse Dürrboden is closed during this time in the Scaletta and Grialetsch area (danger to life).
Equipment
Sturdy mountain boots, weatherproof and warm clothing, rain protection, provisions for the hiking stages (packed lunches can also be obtained at the huts), sufficient water, sun and head protection, pocket pharmacy, map material for orientation, and possibly hiking poles.
