Arosa - Litzirüti - Langwies

The route starts at Arosa station and first takes you on an asphalt road to Untersee. From there, the prepared winter hiking trail winds through the snow-covered forest along the Plessur river and the Rhaetian Railway line to Litzirüti. Catch a glimpse of the red Rhaetian Railway train along the way. The path then leads you through the Schanfigg valley to Litzirüti station, where you can also indulge in some culinary delights.  Shortly after Litzirüti, the path leads down to the romantically wild shore of the Plessur, from where you can admire the Langwieser Viaduct from an impressive perspective. Follow the signposts to Langwies, from where hourly trains run back to Arosa or Chur.
