Description
The start and finish of this run is the parking lot at the Lagalb cable car at 2093 m above sea level. On the well-marked and steadily ascending trail, you reach Val Minor and Lej Minor (2361 m above sea level). Another 100 meters of elevation gain bring you up to the old Val dal Bügliet ski lift route. Afterwards, it goes downhill again: a beautiful descent of about 200 vertical meters leads to Ospizio Bernina and from there further to the impressive Lago Bianco. Along its shore, you walk towards the large dam. You cross the bridge and turn onto an idyllic meadow trail that meanders past two picturesque mountain lakes (Lej Nair and Lej Pitschen). Always as a point of orientation: the valley-bound tracks of the Rhaetian Railway. From afar, you can already see your destination, the parking lot of the Lagalb cable car.
