Description
Barefoot trails are intended for hikers who want to experience nature without shoes. And there are many reasons for this: Barefoot walking stimulates blood circulation in the feet and has a positive effect on one's well-being. The cardiovascular system is refreshed, vitality is strengthened, and the immune defenses are activated. The best part is: when the landscape, like in the Engadin, gets your heart racing, the inspiring nature experience is perfect. Because the new barefoot trails lead right through the wonderful nature around Celerina, with the beautiful Stazerwald as a highlight. An experience that awakens all the senses.
The barefoot trails are suitable for both adults and families with children. The trail surfaces alternate between water, meadows, and forest paths. Those seeking inspiration can hike them alone, couples find time and enjoyment together, and groups here foster team spirit. No matter how you hike the barefoot trails: the sensory impressions simply feel good.
There are two trails to explore, lasting between 45 minutes and 2 hours. The trails start at the fork below the San Gian church.
