Details
Description
A varied route over beautiful trails with great views.
Hidden Gem
At the alpine hut or cable car mountain station of the Milchseilbahn at 2054m above sea level drinks are available (self-service, bring cash!). The route passes close by. Poles can make the ascent and descent easier. The mountain restaurant Segnes hut is at the end of the route. From here, take the cable car back to Flims.
Safety Note
The route is exposed to weather and wind. Avoid the Fil de Cassons in thunderstorms. From spring into summer, snowfields are to be expected at higher elevations. On the ascent, in the Mutta Bella area, trail and path markings are not always visible and can be difficult to find in fog. Map and location on mobile phone can be helpful.

Trail running shoes, running backpack, drinks (no water points at the top), wind/rain jacket, sun protection, and optionally poles
