Details

Description

From Sargans station, follow the signposted cycle paths to Mels. There the steady but easy ascent to Weisstannen begins. The closer you get to Weisstannen, the more often you can see the rushing Seez.

In Weisstannen, keep to the right side of the valley and ride towards Alp Siez and Alp Walabütz. Just at Alp Siez, turn left and take the last section to Alp Walabütz. With an unobstructed view of the impressive 230m high "Isengrind" waterfall, you will now reach Alp Walabütz at the foot of the Foostock.

Hidden Gem

Take part in the e-bike Beizen Trophy: collect 12 stamps and receive a gourmet greeting at the end of the season.

Safety Note

Ride with foresight and be respectful towards other leisure seekers and road users.

Equipment

Normal bike equipment. Functional clothing is an advantage since after a long ascent, there is a similarly long descent.
