Directions

From the mountain station of the Gadastatt gondola lift on a narrow path out of the valley towards Stafelti and continue on the güterstrasse to Leisalp. From the Leisalp almost flat further out of the valley to Schloss and Brand. There are some Alp and Maiensäss huts there. From Brand into the valley gently descending towards Hüttenen and An der Matta (Maiensässen). From there to Volchtanna and follow the signs, in curves descending the slope back to Vals.
