Description

From Fatschél you comfortably get up to Triemel with the chairlift. You can also transport your toboggan with the lift. From the top station of the lift, a winter hiking trail leads directly to the Hochwang Hut. Shortly after the start, it goes rapidly downhill to Zerfalta. Afterwards, the toboggan run zigzags through the Bawald forest – at a more leisurely pace all the way to Peist.

Public Transport

With the Rhaetian Railway from Chur to St. Peter-Molinis. From St. Peter-Molinis a shuttle bus goes directly to the valley station of the chairlift in Fatschél.


From Chur with the postbus via Castiel to Pagig Junction. From Pagig Junction a free shuttle bus goes directly to the valley station of the chairlift in Fatschél.


Return journey: From Peist a postbus as well as the Rhaetian Railway return to Chur.


Travel Information

From Chur via the Schanfigger road to St. Peter. At the entrance to St. Peter, the first street on the left leads to Hochwang. Fatschél is reachable from Chur in 30 minutes. It is recommended to park the car in St. Peter so it is easier to access when returning from Peist.

Parking

Various parking spaces at the St. Peter-Molinis train station. Additional parking spaces are available in Fatschél.
